"Very easy and delicious - from a community cookbook. This cake keeps very well. This cake takes a long time to bake and the apples add a lot of liquid so make sure the tester comes out clean a, thr top springs back and the sides are pulling away from the pan, otherwise, the cake will be mushy."

This is a delicious cake and very moist. I topped with a caramel glaze and had it with ice cream. Tasted great!
