"Very easy and delicious - from a community cookbook. This cake keeps very well. This cake takes a long time to bake and the apples add a lot of liquid so make sure the tester comes out clean a, thr top springs back and the sides are pulling away from the pan, otherwise, the cake will be mushy."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F
Step 2
Spray a Bundt pan with bakers secret or non-stick spray-set aside.
Step 3
In a stand-mixer bowl, place all of the ingredients except the apples-mix first slowly, then increase to medium and beat until well blended.
Step 4
Fold in the apples-mix in well.
Step 5
Pour the mix into the prepared pan.
Step 6
Bake for 55-65 ( or more) minutes or until a cake tester comes out very clean.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let the cake sit in the pan for 25 minutes, then

Very carefully, invert the pan and cool the cake on a wire rack completely.
Step 9
Dust with powdered sugar, if wanted.
