Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F
Step 2: Spray a Bundt pan with bakers secret or non-stick spray-set aside.
Step 3: In a stand-mixer bowl, place all of the ingredients except the apples-mix first slowly, then increase to medium and beat until well blended.
Step 4: Fold in the apples-mix in well.
Step 5: Pour the mix into the prepared pan.
Step 6: Bake for 55-65 ( or more) minutes or until a cake tester comes out very clean.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and let the cake sit in the pan for 25 minutes, then
Step 8: Very carefully, invert the pan and cool the cake on a wire rack completely.
Step 9: Dust with powdered sugar, if wanted.
