Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Coat a 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Layer apple slices in baking dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle with lemon juice and apple brandy. Dot with the butter.
Step 4
Add enough apple cider to fill the dish to a depth of 1 inch.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve chilled, or warm over ice cream.
