O.M.G. This stuff is really good. I used packet marshmallows, and it turned out really well. I did have to warm the marshmallows to use them, which does get a little sticky, but well worth it. I must say that serving this dip with berries did take it to the next level! The dip and berries compliment each other really well and are delicious together. I did have some left over in the fridge which went a little stiff and I just gave it 2 turns in the microwave, then a good stir and it came back together brilliantly. So I had the leftover with berries for breakfast!!!

This was just as good as I knew it would be. I used marshmallows in place of the fluff. I microwaved them for about 30 seconds. I didn't have any fresh fruit, so I used frozen mangoes and frozen, sweetened strawberries. I plan on getting some apples to use for the rest of it. This was so easy; I can't believe I have never tried to make this stuff before! It's a great way to use up the rest of a pack of cream cheese. Usually mine just sit in the fridge and go bad if I'm not careful. Thanks for this post. I'll do this one again.

I used Neufchatel Cheese and this was as Bea says "oh, so yummy"! Instead of dip, I topped a bowl of mixed fruit with a spoonful.
