"This is my version of "The Outback's" Alice Spring chicken: cooking time is subjective. Does not include marinating time. I have used a mixture of Blue and Cheddar for this also. I downsized the recipe for two...and it worked perfect...this really does taste real close to the Outback's recipe...I used both monterey jack cheese and medium the taste of the grey poupon mustard...I did serve some of the dipping sauce on the side but we didn't use it because it taste wonderful as cooked...made for "Billboard" and "B' Zazzled" tag games...

Have never been to an Outback Restaurant but if all their recipes are as good as this I have missed some great meals. Times as they are not all ingredients are readily available, I used pepper jack cheese and one of my yellow mustards I had on hand, neither being Grey Poupon. Impressed with the end result basically so easy, so good, made for company worthy presentation. Into my Favorites Cookbook!
