Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the almonds and breadcrumbs together.
Step 2
Cut the camembert cheese into 18 small wedges.
Step 3
Coat the camembert cheeses in flour, egg, then almond/breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4
Repeat the dipping into the egg and crumbs again. Place on a plate and chill well.
Step 5
When the camembert is well chilled; ~ Fry wedges in butter until golden brown.
Step 6
Drain on absorbent paper and serve with cranberry sauce.
