Step 3: Coat the camembert cheeses in flour, egg, then almond/breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4: Repeat the dipping into the egg and crumbs again. Place on a plate and chill well.
Step 5: When the camembert is well chilled; ~ Fry wedges in butter until golden brown.
Step 6: Drain on absorbent paper and serve with cranberry sauce.
