Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season chicken. Brown chicken well in heated oil at medium-high heat in large skillet.
Step 2
Add 1 can Condensed Tomato Soup mixed with dried oregano leaves, crushed. Simmer, covered, until chicken is cooked through, it took around 30 minutes for my chicken.
Step 3
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
