Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (four pieces of chicken breast)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed tomato soup (Campbells)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season chicken. Brown chicken well in heated oil at medium-high heat in large skillet.

  • Step 2: Add 1 can Condensed Tomato Soup mixed with dried oregano leaves, crushed. Simmer, covered, until chicken is cooked through, it took around 30 minutes for my chicken.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
