Oh my goodness this was so good, we loved every bite! I used lower-fat mozzarella and ricotta just to reduce the fat somewhat. I'm gonna try this with a bottom crust next time, easy to make and even easier to eat, thanks for making our Saturday brunch so delicious!

I wasn't sure if I would ever make this recipe that I tagged for Billboard recipe tag game, I searched for the longest time and could not find Kraft Extra Virgin Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing I finally gave up my search and used a different brand of Italian dressing combined with a tablespoon of olive oil, I used packaged baby carrots, it all came together well for a lovely carrot side dish, thanks Bergy for you recipe

QueenBea I made these and they turned out very good, the flavor was awesome, here are a few changes I made. I used plain tomato juice in place of V8, used a small white onion instead of the dry flakes, I didn't use panko I used regular bread crumbs. Just so if anyone makes this recipe I never cooked the beef it did cook in the crockpot. thank you for your recipe, I'll make this again, I love the slowcooker method!
