I finally got to use up my frozen ripe bananas and make you recipe that I tagged on the Billboard game a while back, your banana bread is a winner KBerry, I love the topping on it and I also added in some coconut into the bread mixture, this will be made again, thank you!

I've never rinsed my rice but your method worked well and that's all that matters, I did find though that pre rinsing made it a little stickier it could be the brand of long grain rice I used however I'm giving this 5 stars! thank you Sue, I love your recipes!
