Balsamic on asparagus. In the words of Doug Stone, 'why didn't I think of that?'.

Delicious! We really enjoyed the asparagus cooked this way - mine was fairly thick so I cooked for a minute or two longer than indicated. Thanks for sharing!

We loved these! I especially loved the tops because they were slightly charred and the fact that it is not overly complicated with too many seasoning elements. The natural flavor came out beautifully. Thank you Mikekey. It's a winner.

I had some asparagus that I needed to use, and I am so pleased I chose this recipe. Wow so quick and simple, with wonderful flavours. I am the only asparagus eater in the family, but DH saw this come out of the oven and started picking at it, then asked for some on his plate. We both loved these, as a side to our fish. You just can't wrong with this recipe!
