I wish I could give this a 4.7 stars. It's a perfect recipe, just too sweet for us as it is written. Definitely a keeper, but I'm thinking next time I will drop the sugar to 4 cups down from 5. This recipe is so good that we have decided to plant zucchini, red & green peppers, and onion, just to make this again next year. Thanks for posting a keeper!
