Step 1

In a bowl mix together the fruit, honey and 1/3 ginger.

Step 2

In each bowl spoon 1/2 cup of the yogurt, top with 1/3 cup granola and the n 1/4 of the fruit mixture -- repeat for all servings. Spoon remaining yogurt in dollops over the fruit and garnish with chopped crystallized ginger.

What a tasty treat. Followed everything as written, used cut up fresh mango for the fruit and didn’t use crystallized ginger, given that the homemade granola (Good Mornin Granola) already contains it.
