Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups mixed fruit, diced (tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango, kiwi or your favorite fruit)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup crystallized ginger (chopped)
  • 2 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt (plain, divided)
  • 2 cups granola

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl mix together the fruit, honey and 1/3 ginger.

  • Step 2: In each bowl spoon 1/2 cup of the yogurt, top with 1/3 cup granola and the n 1/4 of the fruit mixture -- repeat for all servings. Spoon remaining yogurt in dollops over the fruit and garnish with chopped crystallized ginger.
