Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet.
Step 2
In a large bowl beat butter with next 4 ingredients until well combined. In another bowl combine oatmeal, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; add to dry ingredients, mix until combined. Stir in raisins.
Step 3
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes
