Step 1

Whisk to gether mustard, sour cream, vinegar, honey and horseradish in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add slaw mix and green onion and toss to coat, season with salt and pepper.

I used a dry slaw mix that had beetroot in it and did what I usually do with coleslaw and add the dressing earlier to let the flavours develop and for the first time had the beetroot bleed a lot more than normal (usually get a little but this time a lot) but it did not effect the flavour and have to say one of the best slaws I have had. I can only thank you in your memory for posting this recipe Derf but none the less I thank you, made for Alphabet Soup tag game.
