White Fish With Creamy Herb Sauce

"For the white fish I used "Gatuzo" but you can use any white fish you like. We had it with plain boiled potatoes, that paired fantastic with the sauce. This is faster than Fast Food. Have your side ready. Enjoy ♥"

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Season fish with Old Bay and add to the pan. Cook 2 minutes on one side,
Turn and drizzle with the lemon juice. Cook another 2 minutes on the other side
And remove, place on an oven dish and reserve in the preheated oven while finishing the sauce.
Stir in the cognac, scraping any fish from the pan, warm up well and add parley.
Mix for a minute and add heavy cream. Mix well. Place the fish on the plates, drizzle with the sauce and serve.
