Love this salad. I used yogurt instead of mayo. It has a lovely crunch and the flavour combination is wonderful. I like that the apples did not discolor and the salad was just as good the second day. Thanks Dreamer for a keeper salad

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

This is a wonderful crunchy crisp salad, just made half a recipe for the two of us which will go for 2 meals. I used sparten apples because they were what i had in, love it and will be making it on a regular basis, thanks sooo much for posting!  make this quite regularly, today i make it with plain no fat yogurt instead of the mayo, turned out better than with mayo!!  I'll be making it with yogurt from now on, we love it !!
