"My son James had these and liked them You could use Apple cider vinegar ,it just wont be clear and as long as you have used the veggies in a few days ,i dont see any reason why you couldnot re use the juice for more pickles ,just keep covered in frig Some people also put in quartered tomatoes ,this is very sweet"
