We really liked these pork chops. I only marinated ours for about 4 hours but they were very tender and grilled them for a bit longer than indicated but mine were also quite a bit thicker than the ones suggested. Thanks for sharing!

Very tasty! I'm not a fan of fish sauce so I used 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce instead. I also broiled instead of grilling because I'm lazy. I marinated about 6 hours, and will go longer next time to let the flavour get further inside. There will definitely be a next time!

I used about 1 inch thick pork chops. The chops were tender and the flavors went together real well. My sister and niece were over and they raved about these all night long. Of course they went home with the recipe. I will make these often, as I have to agree, they are delicious!

I used pork tender loins for this recipe. I followed the ingredients and directions as written, and these turned out perfectly. DH and DS said "There were good flavours and the pork was tender". This was enjoyed by them both. Except for the pork, everything was on hand in my fridge or pantry, so this made for one easy and wonderful recipe.
