Step by Step Method
Step 1
Slice chicken breast into 1/4 inch strips. Arrange on cutting board so it lies flat
Step 2
Dust one side of chicken with 1 teaspoon baking soda, flip and do the second side. Let sit 15 minutes
Step 3
Rinse baking soda off.with water then pat dry
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper
Step 5
While waiting on the chicken mix stock and cornstarch, then add other sauce ingredients and mix well
Step 6
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. cook on one side til golden then flip and cook til done
Step 7
Add broccoli to the center of the pan. cook for one minute, add water chestnuts and cook another 90 seconds.
Step 8
Lower heat and add the sauce. cook for 2 minutes til evenly distributed.
