I am a very recent convert to vegemite so I have been looking for recipes to use it in. All I can say is'where has this been all of my life?' Thank you for a super tasty lunch! Made for Susie's World tour

Yum! I had reservations, because the Vegemite has an (ahem) INTERESTING smell and taste. But once it was on the toasted muffin and engulfed with a creamy yolk - it was savory perfection and I had to schmear a little more of it on the muffin! I must admit, I am the world's worst at poaching eggs. The second half of the muffin was made with an over-easy egg and it was true perfection. Add a squirt of Sriracha and I'm in heaven... Made for SWT, Team Incredibles. Thanks for posting!

Love vegemite on toast or an oven, was originally going to scramble the eggs but decided to fry them up for a change and it made for a deliciously filling breakfast, thank you Mikekey made for Billboard Recipe tag game.
