"This smoothie combines the tropical flavors of banana, pineapple, and mango, which are rich in vitamins, minerals, and natural sugars for energy. Coconut water provides hydration and electrolytes, while almond milk or coconut milk adds creaminess and a hint of nutty flavor. Chia seeds offer omega-3 fatty acids and fiber for sustained energy. Adjust the sweetness to your liking."

This was SO good! I forgot to buy frozen pineapple at the store (I already had the frozen mango), so I used canned pineapple slices in their juice and added some ice cubes. I loved the flavor of this smoothie -tasting the banana, mango, and pineapple. Just excellent!
