Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oils in a large wok
Step 2
Add the carrots and radishes and stir-fry for about three minutes, until slightly softened.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry over a medium-high heat for about a minute until golden.

Stir in the rice, breaking up any clumps, and combine with the other ingredients.

Add the edamame beans,soy and hoisin sauces

Stir until everything is evenly coated in the sauces. Cook for another five minutes until the beans are bright green.
Step 7
Add green onion at end
