Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, peeled ,grated
  • 1 carrot, peeled , minced
  • 2 radishes, chopped
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 14 ounces cooked white rice, (3 cups)
  • 1 cup frozen edamame beans
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oils in a large wok

  • Step 2: Add the carrots and radishes and stir-fry for about three minutes, until slightly softened.

  • Step 3: Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry over a medium-high heat for about a minute until golden.

  • Step 4: Stir in the rice, breaking up any clumps, and combine with the other ingredients.

  • Step 5: Add the edamame beans,soy and hoisin sauces

  • Step 6: Stir until everything is evenly coated in the sauces. Cook for another five minutes until the beans are bright green.

  • Step 7: Add green onion at end
