Step 1: Heat oils in a large wok
Step 2: Add the carrots and radishes and stir-fry for about three minutes, until slightly softened.
Step 3: Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry over a medium-high heat for about a minute until golden.
Step 4: Stir in the rice, breaking up any clumps, and combine with the other ingredients.
Step 5: Add the edamame beans,soy and hoisin sauces
Step 6: Stir until everything is evenly coated in the sauces. Cook for another five minutes until the beans are bright green.
Step 7: Add green onion at end
