Step 1

In a blender puree the first 5 ingredients (all ingredients except for ice) until smooth and then add the ice cubes; puree until smooth and thick.

I reduced this for one serving. I used vanilla flavored Greek yogurt. I used half cup dates, chopped into little pieces. I felt like it was the right amount of ice cubes for my preference. Dates always make a good smoothie. Thanks, Ellie.
