"At a friends wedding anniversary party the catering company served an artichoke dip that was to die for. Of course I didn't get the recipe so off I went in search of something similar to what I tasted at that party. This recipe is the nearest I've come across. Enjoy!"

Amazing first taste to last! I served it with pita chips. Ideal for my party with friends.

Ultimate is an understatment, I mixed this up this morning and I'm going to heat it and serve it tonight, my fear is I won't have enough to serve, this is so good even cold I can't stop myself from tasting it, I can only imagine it after it's heated up, well I just better whip up another one just in case, it's better to have more than not enough, great dip recipe thank you Tink and Happy New Year!
