Step 1: In a large mixing bowl put the artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise and lightly combine.
Step 2: Next add the parsley, garlic and hot sauce if using and mix well.
Step 3: Refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered casserole dish and bake for 40 - 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
