  • 1 jar (14 ounce) artichoke hearts (water-packed, drained and coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 dashes hot sauce, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large mixing bowl put the artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise and lightly combine.

  • Step 2: Next add the parsley, garlic and hot sauce if using and mix well.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.

  • Step 4: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 5: Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered casserole dish and bake for 40 - 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
