Made for the For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F. Though there was not a direction as to what to do with the basil so as tomatoes and basil are considered as a marriage I just added to them before adding it to the omelet as per the recipe and made for a very filling a delicious lunch though I did not have pancetta and was going to use bacon but it was rather thickly cut and felt the thinly sliced smoky ham was a better substitute so thank you Dee for a wonderful lunch.
