Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat and cook onion and garlic for 2 minutes or until soft and then add mince and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned and then add cumin and coriander, cook and stir for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
