"I saw this on you tube and want to make it. Here is me trying, their noodles were bright yellow, very pretty. I don't know if they add parmesan to their noodles but you can."

Step by Step Method

Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, because it will finish cooking in sauce, save 1/4 cup pasta water.

When noodles are almost done start sauce.

Add turmeric, pasta water and drained noodles.

Cook for a couple of minutes.

Add cream and kefir toss don't boil; when thick add seasoning to taste.

And parsley and toss like crazy.
