Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Get pie crust ready.
Step 3
In a large bowl whisk together cream, egg, nutmeg, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and chopped chives.

Pour into pie crust. Arrange tomato wedges into the mix.

Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola all over and decorate with the chives.
