  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 medium tomato (cut into wedges)
  • A few whole chives for decoration

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre heat oven to 350 F.

  • Step 2: Get pie crust ready.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl whisk together cream, egg, nutmeg, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and chopped chives.

  • Step 4: Pour into pie crust. Arrange tomato wedges into the mix.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola all over and decorate with the chives.
