Step 1: Pre heat oven to 350 F.
Step 2: Get pie crust ready.
Step 3: In a large bowl whisk together cream, egg, nutmeg, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and chopped chives.
Step 4: Pour into pie crust. Arrange tomato wedges into the mix.
Step 5: Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola all over and decorate with the chives.
Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Step 7: Let it cool a little before cutting.
