LOVED this salad (the dressing is so good). I read the reviews before I made this and added a pinch of red pepper flakes, like QueenBea did. I didn't dice my veggies (left them bigger), but just for preference. Made for Billboard Tag here in the forums! Come play with us!

Loved this garlicy dressing! Reading the reviews had me decide to look for mint on Saturday, not being successful I went with parsley that I usually sub with. Being a quiet weekend it was salad for one which saw me make up the dressing and add it to the lovely serving of the fresh salad makings. I did add a touch of sugar but that's just us. Dressing at hand looking forward to another garden salad for lunch.

We really enjoyed this refreshing salad! I grilled the romaine with a wee bit olive oil, salt and pepper. Love the mint! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Nice fresh tasting salad we both really enjoyed. I did add a pinch of hot pepper flaked instead of pepper which worked nicely.
