"I use this salsa when I make my Carnitas Tacos, also on this site. This makes 20 tablespoons, increase the recipe if you want to serve it with chips."

Step 1

Remove the husks from the tomatillos; rinse under cold water. Quarter the tomatillos; place in a blender.

Step 2
