Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook orzo pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and garlic; cook over medium heat until spinach is wilted.

Step 3

Stir in milk, cheese, oregano, paprika, pepper and pasta. Cook over low heat until heated through.

Step 4

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Wonderful orzo recipe! one thing missing was the garlic I added in some garlic powder, very tasty and my family liked this!

Engrossed

Wonderful orzo recipe! I made this as directed with dried oregano. I didn't bother to chop my spinach as it wilts so much. I also didn't have quite enough toasted sesame seeds, but it was nice to use up what I had! Hubby and I both enjoyed this tasty dish with barbecue sauced boneless skinless chicken breasts. Freddy Cat says thanks for the Toasty stuff! Made for the Billboard tag game.
