Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the mayo, sour cream, lime juice, green onion, garlic powder and salt to taste. Mix half of the creme mixture with the shredded cabbage and chopped tomatoes. Reserve the rest for spooning on top of the tacos, if desired.

Step 2

Sprinkle both sides of the tilapia with chipotle or chili powder. Fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Cut fish into bite sized pieces. Assemble the tacos and enjoy!

Great fish tacos! We enjoyed these, made as directed except I added a jalapeño to the tomatoes and used chives instead of green onions. Good and easy! Thanks for sharing!

Lovely flavour, the lime really complimented the tilapia, made as written except for the sour cream, i just didn't have any in but they were delicious anyway and i will be making them again. i used soft corn tortilla, we had to eat some off the top before we could fold them, mmm mmm good !! thanks for posting.
