Step 1: Combine the mayo, sour cream, lime juice, green onion, garlic powder and salt to taste. Mix half of the creme mixture with the shredded cabbage and chopped tomatoes. Reserve the rest for spooning on top of the tacos, if desired.
Step 2: Sprinkle both sides of the tilapia with chipotle or chili powder. Fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Cut fish into bite sized pieces. Assemble the tacos and enjoy!
