The Plan: Cook a pkg of chicken breasts using 2 recipes, including this one I picked for its easy-fix. I made the honey-mustard using a 1:1 ratio of honey & Dijon, poured about half of it over the breasts, spread it evenly w/a pastry brush, pressed the crushed onions onto the surfaces & let the breasts sit (covered) for 2 hrs. Not sure if my method was the reason, but I got the result I wanted. The breasts were lrg, I knew I'd need to add cook time & I didn't want them to be dry when fully cooked. They were well-flavored (as if marinated) & moist (as if sealed by the sticky glaze). We shared the 1 in the pic & 1 from the other recipe. As a bonus, I added sour cream to the rest of the honey-mustard mix & used it as salad dressing. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us, Dreamer. It will be welcomed at our table again. :-)
