"I made and served this over the holidays and everyone when nuts for it, I am sharing what I think is the best fondue recipe I have made and I have made quite a few! I made this with the chili flakes and hot sauce since I only served it to adults, you can leave it out but really it is much better with it added. This is cooked and left in a crockpot to keep warm. You can double all amounts if you want."

Combine all ingredients in the stoneware crockpot. Cover cook on Low 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.

Serve warm from the crockpot.
