Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, fine chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (use the old cheddar)
  • 8 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or to you liking)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in the stoneware crockpot. Cover cook on Low 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.
