"DUTCH SPICED BACON. They use spiced bacon but I'm not sure which spices that is so I'm just using regular. Feel free to use more veggies. This was from a restaurant, so I'm sure they weren't generous. lol"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Fry bacon until brown.
Step 2
Remove and add butter.
Step 3
Saute vegetables until softened.
Step 4
Meanwhile, beat egg mixture.
Step 5
Heat another skillet and add butter.
Step 6
Add eggs and cook until dry.
Step 7
Add cheese and veggies on one side.
Step 8
Add crumbled bacon.
Step 9
Cover and let cheese melt.
Step 10
Fold lid over and serve.
