"An Asian version of the old Aussie favourite. Lightly spiced and very nice! The quantity depends on the size you make, I made a smaller batch, by cutting pastry in 3 and this time I got about 40. Served with sweet chilli sauce they are delicious and I have also frozen these with great success."

500 grams is a little over a pound of chicken, but all I used was 1 pound of ground chicken and it still worked well. 125 grams is about 3.5 ounces but I used 4 ounces of cream cheese with great results. These are some great little appies and ones my friends and I enjoyed while watching football together. Make sure you cook them enough to get the puff pastry nice and golden brown so they hold up well when you dip them in the chili sauce. Thank you for this one Tisme! Linda
