Step by Step Method

Step 1

Give ravioli in plenty of boiling salted water and infuse 12 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally, then strain through a sieve.

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel the onions then chop coarsely. Sauté in melted butter.

Step 3

Boletus brush, possibly cut in half, add and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add chopped parsley, cream, salt and pepper, bring to a boil and pour over the still warm ravioli. Add cheese.
