Step 1: Give ravioli in plenty of boiling salted water and infuse 12 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally, then strain through a sieve.
Step 2: Meanwhile, peel the onions then chop coarsely. Sauté in melted butter.
Step 3: Boletus brush, possibly cut in half, add and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Add chopped parsley, cream, salt and pepper, bring to a boil and pour over the still warm ravioli. Add cheese.
