Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 800 grams ravioli
  • Salt
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 50 grams butter
  • 300 grams porcini mushrooms
  • Parsley, 1 bunch
  • 200 grams cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan

How to Make

  • Step 1: Give ravioli in plenty of boiling salted water and infuse 12 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally, then strain through a sieve.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, peel the onions then chop coarsely. Sauté in melted butter.

  • Step 3: Boletus brush, possibly cut in half, add and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add chopped parsley, cream, salt and pepper, bring to a boil and pour over the still warm ravioli. Add cheese.
