Step by Step Method

Step 1

Salt and pepper sliced potatoes and chops.

Step 2

Place in layers in the slow cooker pot: sauerkraut, potatoes, sauerkraut, pork chops, sauerkraut, knockwurst, sauerkraut, kielbasa.

Step 3

Sprinkle with caraway.

Step 4

Pour the beer over all.

Step 5

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 6

Serve with mustard, bread and butter.
