"This is a quick and easy 'jazzed up' BBQ sauce. Perfect to serve on grilled chicken, pork or seafood. Chicken happens to be my favorite; but, grilled tuna or salmon is equally as good - especially salmon. And, don't forget a good pork tenderloin or chops. Make ahead; and, just keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. It will keep for 2-3 weeks."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sauce ... Add everything to a small pot; and, bring to just under a boil. Then, reduce the heat; and, simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat; and let it cool completely - then, transfer to a glass (mason) jar or tupperware type of container. You can also use a small bowl, covered well; but, I prefer other storage for a longer period of time.
Step 2
Glaze, Serve, and ENJOY! ... Brush on your favorite proteins; using your favorite recipes. As mentioned - chicken, pork, seafood; even beef. Super easy and delicious. It's a nice option to the classic BBQ sauce.
